If you have purchased or received a Rippl directly from and it is damaged or broken, you may return it for store credit or a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for another reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund can be issued within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. Please make sure you include your Order Number and the reason for return in your email to email@example.com.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process a return from the day that your items are received back in our warehouse.

Customers who have purchased items from an authorized Rippl retailer must initiate all returns and exchanges through the original point of purchase.
